Bwana asema hivi, awapaye watu jua, ili kuwa nuru wakati wa mchana, na amri za mwezi na nyota, ili kuwa nuru wakati wa usiku, aichafuaye bahari, hata mawimbi yake yakavuma; Bwana wa majeshi, ndilo jina lake;
