Britt Nicole

Britt Nicole is a North Carolina-born singer-songwriter known for her work in the contemporary Christian music genre. She began singing in her grandfather’s church at the age of three. After turning down a scholarship to Belmont University to pursue a music career full-time, she signed with Sparrow and Capitol Records, releasing her major label debut album, *Say It*, in 2007. Her 2009 album, *The Lost Get Found*, peaked at number one on the Billboard Top Christian Albums chart. The album featured songs such as “The Lost Get Found,” “Set the World On Fire,” and “Walk on the Water.” Her catalog also includes the songs “Gold,” “Stand,” “Hanging On,” “After You,” and “Be The Change.” Her music is characterized by a pop-influenced sound that has reached both Christian and mainstream audiences. Nicole’s album *Gold* debuted at number one on the Billboard Top Christian Albums chart. She has been nominated for Grammy and Dove Awards. After a hiatus from music to focus on her family, she has returned to releasing music independently. She is also the founder of Anchor House Creatives, a community for creative growth and development.
