Crystal Lewis

Crystal Lynn Lewis was born on September 11, 1969, and is an American singer and songwriter known for her work in contemporary Christian music and jazz. She launched her career as a contemporary Christian artist as a teenager. Her commercial peak included Billboard Top 5 albums such as *Let Love In*, *Beauty for Ashes*, *Gold*, and *Fearless*. Her catalog also includes the albums *Hymns My Life* and *Together We Can*. Among the songs in her discography are "People Get Ready, Jesus Is Coming" and "I Will Go." Lewis has been recognized with multiple GMA Dove Awards and has been nominated for Grammy Awards. She is a four-time Dove Award winner and a three-time Grammy nominee.
