Drakeford

Drakeford is a husband-and-wife singer-songwriter duo known for their folk-tinged acoustic pop music, which incorporates soul and jazz influences. The duo consists of Thomas "Drake" Drakeford Lanier and his British-born wife, Lucy-Jayne Lanier, and they are based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Drake Lanier, who was born and raised in Florence, South Carolina, began his music career around 2006. He and Lucy-Jayne met while performing mission work with a creative arts team overseas. The duo performs in both Christian and secular settings, viewing their music as an opportunity to share the gospel. Their catalog includes several releases, including the albums *The Shining Of The Sun* (2014), *Anchors Aweigh* (2016), *God With Us* (2017), *The Venture* (2018), and *Wayward & Home Part 1* (2021). They also released the single "Beauty of Your Grace" in 2018.
