Elias Dummer

Elias Dummer is a Canadian Christian musician, songwriter, and worship leader based in Tennessee. He was the principal songwriter, founding member, lead singer, and pianist for the contemporary Christian band The City Harmonic from 2009 to 2017. During his time with the band, The City Harmonic earned 12 GMA Canada Covenant Awards and a Juno Award. Following the band’s run, Dummer launched his solo career with the debut album *The Work Vol. I* in 2019. His solo music, including songs such as “Enough,” “This is Holy Ground,” and “What Are We Waiting For?,” has appeared on Billboard Christian charts. In 2020, he was named Breakthrough Artist of the Year at the GMA Canada Covenant Awards. Beyond his recording career, Dummer serves as a worship leader and has been involved in church planting in the Nashville area. He also co-founded Worship Leader Research, an academic project studying worship leaders. His catalog as a solo artist includes songs like “Do Not Be Afraid,” “Heartbeat,” “Echoing Holy,” “Free,” and “Invisible.”
