Henrisoul, born Henry Ifeanyi Orji on April 5, 1989, is a Nigerian gospel musician, singer, and songwriter. A native of Abia State, Nigeria, he began his music career in Lagos at the age of 16. He classifies his musical style as "AFRO LIFE," a fusion of Afrobeat and Highlife rhythms used to share messages of faith and grace. Henrisoul gained notable international recognition as the first African gospel singer to have a music video featured on BET's 106 & Park countdown. His catalog includes songs such as "Onyeoma," "Calvary," "Take Over," "Dere Du," "When God Speaks," and "Sacrifice." His work has earned several award nominations and wins. In 2012, he was nominated for Best International Gospel Artiste at the BEFTTA Awards UK. The following year, he won Best Revelation and Best Urban & Inspirational Song at the Crystal Awards. In 2014, he won the Nigerian Gospel Music Award for Best Dance/Choreography in a music video. Henrisoul is also recognized as an influencer of the Christian faith and a youth talent enthusiast.
