Jon Foreman

Jon Foreman was born on October 22, 1976, in San Bernardino County, California. He is best known as the lead singer, guitarist, and co-founder of the alternative rock band Switchfoot, with whom he is a Grammy Award-winning artist. The son of a pastor, Foreman has been open about his Christian faith throughout his career, though he has expressed personal reservations about the "Christian artist" label. Foreman began his solo career in 2007 with a series of EPs titled *Fall*, *Winter*, *Spring*, and *Summer*. His solo work often explores themes of faith, doubt, and the human experience, and he is known for his acoustic-driven songwriting style. He has released multiple solo studio albums, including *Departures* and *In Bloom*. His solo catalog includes songs such as "Your Love Is Strong," which reached the Christian CHR radio chart, as well as "Resurrect Me," "Red And Gold," "The House Of God, Forever," and "The Cure For Pain." Foreman has also collaborated with various artists, including Brandon Lake and Joy Oladokun.
