About Kari Jobe
Kari Jobe is a contemporary Christian music singer, songwriter, and worship leader. Born Kari Brooke Jobe on April 6, 1981, in Waco, Texas, she began leading worship at the age of 13. She later earned degrees in pastoral studies and psychology from Dallas Baptist University.
Jobe served as an associate worship pastor at Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas. Her catalog includes songs such as "Revelation Song," "Hosanna," "Forever," "I Am Not Alone," "Surrounded (Fight My Battles)," "Run To The Father," and "Christ Be Magnified." She is married to fellow worship leader and artist Cody Carnes, and together they serve at The Belonging Co in Nashville, Tennessee.
Over the course of her career, Jobe has been a two-time Grammy Award nominee and has won six GMA Dove Awards. She has also earned an RIAA Gold Certified single.
