Keith Wonderboy Johnson

Keith Lamar Johnson (1972–2022), known professionally as Keith "Wonderboy" Johnson, was an American gospel singer-songwriter. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, and led the backing group The Spiritual Voices.

Johnson began his solo music career in 1998 with the release of the album Through the Storm. Over a thirteen-year period, he released fourteen albums on labels including World Wide Gospel, Verity, and Blacksmoke Records. His catalog includes Live and Alive (2000), Tribute to Quartet Legends, Vol. 1 (2001), Send a Revival (2002), New Season (2004), and Back 2 Basics: Chapter Two (2011). His final release was the single It Was You in 2022.

Eleven of Johnson's albums charted on the Billboard Gospel Albums chart, with multiple projects also appearing on the Independent Albums and Heatseekers Albums charts. He was cited as a five-time Stellar Award winner. Johnson also appeared as a featured artist on the song "He's My Roof Top" with Ricky Dillard.
