For King & Country is a Christian pop duo composed of Australian-born brothers Joel and Luke Smallbone. The brothers immigrated to the United States as children and settled in the Nashville, Tennessee area. Before adopting the name for KING & COUNTRY, the group was formerly known as Joel & Luke and Austoville. Their music is categorized as Christian pop and contemporary Christian music, and they are siblings of contemporary Christian singer-songwriter Rebecca St. James. The duo has built a career marked by significant recognition, winning four Grammy Awards, 10 GMA Dove Awards, 17 K-LOVE Fan Awards, a Billboard Music Award, and an American Music Award. Their catalog includes multiple RIAA-certified gold and platinum singles and albums.
