Lawerence Flowers

Lawrence Flowers is an American gospel music singer, songwriter, producer, and ordained minister. He is the founder and visionary of the gospel ensemble Lawrence Flowers & Intercession (LFI), which was established in 2001. A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Flowers attended Florida State University as a musical performance and education major. His work with Lawrence Flowers & Intercession is frequently categorized under gospel and praise and worship genres. The group’s album *MERGE* debuted at number two on Billboard’s Top Christian/Gospel Album chart and number one on the iTunes Top 200 Christian/Gospel Digital Albums chart. Flowers also released the album *Champion* and the project *Major in Ministry, Minor in Music, Vol. 2 “More.”* The song “More” has garnered over five million audio streams and more than one million YouTube views. Other releases include the singles “Way” and “Calculated,” as well as the album *Shadow Worshiper*. In addition to his music career, Flowers is an actor who has appeared in musical theatre productions. He has performed at notable venues including Carnegie Hall, the White House, and St. Peter’s Basilica.
