About Lenny LeBlanc
Lenny LeBlanc, a songwriter and worship leader in the Contemporary Christian Music genre, was born on June 17, 1951, in Leominster, Massachusetts. He relocated to Muscle Shoals, Alabama, in 1973, where he worked as a session musician. A spiritual conversion in the late 1970s led him to shift his focus toward Christian music.
LeBlanc is best known for co-writing the worship song "Above All" with Paul Baloche. The song became a Dove Award winner. His catalog of recorded songs includes "There Is None Like You," "I Believe," "A Shadow In Your Light," "You Are The One That I Love," "That's Why I'm Here," "Closer," and "Good is Good All The Time."
He has released several Christian albums, including *Say a Prayer* (1984), *Pure Heart* (1991), and *Above All* (1999). LeBlanc has also collaborated with various Christian artists, including Don Moen.
