Master KG

Master KG, born Kgaogelo Moagi on January 31, 1996, in Calais village, Tzaneen, Limpopo, South Africa, is a DJ, singer, and record producer. He began experimenting with music production at age 13 using a computer gifted by his uncle. His music is characterized by a blend of electronic production, house rhythms, and Afro-pop, and he is known for pioneering the "Bolobedu" dance style. His debut studio album, *Skeleton Move*, was released in 2018 and received an AFRIMA Award for Best Artist/Group in the African Electro category. Master KG gained international recognition with the song "Jerusalema," featuring Nomcebo Zikode. The track topped Billboard's World Digital Song Sales chart and was certified diamond in France. While "Jerusalema" contains gospel-inspired themes, Master KG is a mainstream dance and electronic artist. His catalog also includes the songs "Skeleton Move," "Shine Your Light" (with David Guetta featuring Akon), "Waya Waya," "Ntyilo Ntyilo" (with Rethabile Khumalo), and "Umlando" (with Makhadzi).
