Mr Seed

Mr Seed, born Moses Tarus Omondi on September 19, 1993, in Nairobi, Kenya, is a Kenyan gospel artist. He began his career signed to the EMB Records label, which was founded by fellow artist Bahati. During this period, he released music that established his presence in the Kenyan gospel scene.

In 2019, Mr Seed established his own independent label, Starborn Empire, marking a new chapter in his career. As an independent artist, he has released a variety of songs, including "Dundaa," "Kumbe Kumbe," "Only One" featuring Masauti, "Happy Day" featuring Pitson, "Simama," "Dabo Dabo" featuring Betty Bayo, and "Neema Inatosha." He also released an album titled Black Child in 2021.

Mr Seed has publicly addressed his musical direction, stating that his release of love songs does not mean he has switched from gospel music. He maintains that he has not abandoned the genre, even as his catalog explores diverse themes.
