Paul Baloche

Paul Joseph Baloche was born on June 4, 1962, in Camden, New Jersey, and is an American Christian music artist, songwriter, and worship leader. He served as the worship pastor at Community Christian Fellowship in Lindale, Texas, for over 25 years. An ordained minister, he holds a Master of Divinity (MDiv) from the Methodist Episcopal Church. Baloche has recorded numerous albums for the label Integrity Music. His catalog includes songs frequently cited as among the most-performed in church services according to CCLI. Among his well-known recordings are "Open the Eyes of My Heart," "Above All," "Hosanna (Praise Is Rising)," "Your Name," "Today Is the Day," "Behold Him," "Your Mercy," and "The Same Love." He is a three-time Dove Award-winning songwriter. Beyond his own recordings, Baloche founded Leadworship.com, a ministry dedicated to training and equipping church worship teams. He currently resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
