About Phil King

Phil King is a Christian songwriter and worship leader born and raised in Turlock, California. He has served as a worship leader at Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas, and as a worship pastor at Gateway Church. King is the inaugural artist for the label Euphonic City. His recorded work includes the album *Giants & Oceans* and the EP *Crown of Thorns*. He has also released songs such as "Love Casts out Fear," "How Much You Love," and "So Worthy (Live)." In collaboration with Christ For The Nations Worship, he recorded "Every Tribe Every Nation," and with Meredith Andrews, he recorded "Psalm 23 (I Am Not Alone)." Throughout his career, King has collaborated with Christian artists including Michael W. Smith, Jekalyn Carr, and Danny Gokey. He is also the author of the book *Defending the Purity of Worship*. In addition to his recorded music and writing, he performed the song "Not Forgotten" at the "Alive From New York" pro-life event in Times Square.
