Praise Makena

Praise Makena is a Kenyan born-again gospel singer and songwriter. She was born on October 24, 2004, in Nakuru, Kenya. Her music career began at a very young age, starting as a dancer in church when she was just two years old.

Makena showed an early gift for songwriting, writing her first album, titled Atakupigania, at the age of five. She is noted for being a young artist who writes her own music. Her catalog includes songs such as "Mungu Yu Mwema," "Atakupigania," "Nashukuru," "Wewe ni Bwana," "Hakuna," "Jina la Yesu," "Nishike Mkono," and "Thank You Lord."

Her stated goal is to preach the gospel of Christ globally and eventually become a pastor.
