Rachael Lampa

Rachael Lampa is an American contemporary Christian singer, songwriter, and record producer. Born Rachael Maureen Lampa on January 8, 1985, in Ann Arbor, Michigan, she gained prominence in the Christian music industry at age 15 with the release of her debut album, *Live for You* (2000). The album spawned four number-one singles, and she also won a Dove Award for the song "Blessed." After establishing herself as a defining voice in Christian music, Lampa took a hiatus from her solo career to focus on personal growth and philanthropy. In 2010, she co-founded a Nashville-based non-profit organization called People Loving Nashville, which supports individuals experiencing homelessness and incarceration. Lampa eventually returned to the contemporary Christian music spotlight. Her later releases include the songs "He's Good" (2019), "We Can Be Free" (2021), "Perfectly Loved" (2022), "Somebody To You" (2023), and "The Wild Ones" (2023). Her catalog also includes earlier hits such as "Always Be My Home" (2000), "Beautiful" (2002), and "Hide Me" (2000).
