About RaeLynn
RaeLynn (born Racheal Lynn Woodward on May 4, 1994) is an American country singer and songwriter. A native of Baytown, Texas, she grew up in a musical family; her brother and cousin are members of the contemporary Christian band Leeland. She began singing in church at a young age and discovered country music at age 11.
She first gained national recognition as a contestant on the second season of NBC's *The Voice* in 2012, where she was a member of Blake Shelton's team. Her debut single, "Boyfriend," was released that same year. Her single "God Made Girls" is a Platinum-certified release. She has released studio albums including *WildHorse* (2017) and *Baytown* (2021).
RaeLynn is married to Joshua Davis, whom she met in church. She is a mother and has authored a children's book titled *Raisin' Me A Country Girl*. Her catalog also includes songs such as "Love Triangle," "Lonely Call," and "Somebody Else," a collaboration with JUDAH. She has also been featured on the Chris Tomlin song "Chase Me Down."
