Russell Dickerson

Russell Edward Dickerson is an American country-pop singer-songwriter born on May 7, 1987, in Union City, Tennessee. He earned a bachelor’s degree in music from Belmont University in Nashville and signed with Creative Artists Agency in 2010, later joining Triple Tigers Records. His music blends country-pop with elements of R&B and country-rock. Dickerson has achieved five number-one singles on the Billboard Country Airplay chart, including “Yours,” “Blue Tacoma,” and “Every Little Thing.” Other notable singles in his catalog include “Love You Like I Used To,” “Happen to Me,” and “God Gave Me A Girl.” While primarily a mainstream artist, Dickerson grew up in a church environment, which he has cited as an influence on his early faith development. He has participated in faith-centered discussions and collaborated with Christian artist Chris Tomlin on the song “Talk To Him.”
