Sondra Corbett

Sondra Corbett, also known as Sondra Corbett-Wood, is a Christian songwriter associated with the praise and worship genre. She is best known for writing the worship song "I Worship You Almighty God." Corbett-Wood wrote "I Worship You Almighty God" in 1983. She was approximately 20 years old at the time and was a student attending Christ For The Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas. During this period, she was also involved with a music ministry group called Living Praise. The song was later published by Integrity's Hosanna! Music and has become a widely recognized piece in the worship music catalog.
