Steven Malcolm is a Christian hip-hop recording artist based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Born on January 29, 1991, he has Jamaican roots. Malcolm’s music career began after he became a follower of Jesus at a hip-hop church called "The Edge" in Grand Rapids. He served on the worship team at his church before pursuing a professional music career. Malcolm’s musical style blends hip-hop, rap, pop, and reggae influences. He was the first hip-hop artist signed to the Word Entertainment imprint 4 Against 5. His catalog includes the albums *Steven Malcolm*, *The Second City*, and *Monsters Ink*, as well as the EP *All Is True*. He has also released songs such as "Even Louder," "Party in the Hills," "Fuego," and "All God." Malcolm has received multiple GMA Dove Award nominations, earning five nominations in total. His album *The Second City* debuted at Number 11 on Billboard's hip-hop chart in 2019.
