The Young Escape

The Young Escape is a Christian electronic pop band formed in 2016 in Riverside, California. The group consists of four siblings: Ryan, McKenna, Kyrsten, and Luke Johns. Their music blends indie pop and electronic elements with themes of hope and faith. The band signed with Capitol Christian Music Group in 2017. They have toured nationally with artists such as Crowder, Jordan Feliz, and Citizen Way. The Young Escape has found success on Christian radio. Their single "Good Life" reached the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot AC/CHR chart in March 2018. The follow-up single "Love Me Like You" also reached the No. 1 spot on the same chart in February 2019. Their single "So Alive" reached the Top 10 on the Billboard Hot AC/CHR chart in 2020. Their catalog includes songs such as "Good Life," "Love Me Like You," "So Alive," "Worship You There," "neverfade," "Won't Lose Sight," "Matter To You," and "Because Of God," which features Tenth Avenue North.
