VERSES

VERSES is an Australian-based Christian pop trio known for their ministry-focused music. The group consists of brothers Joel O'Dea and Luke O'Dea, along with Luke's wife, Jess O'Dea. The band members grew up with a strong connection to The Salvation Army, and they began by creating music for youth ministry before transitioning to a broader music career. In 2021, VERSES signed with the Christian record label Fair Trade Services. Their mission is to sing Biblical truths into people's hearts to integrate them into everyday life. The group's catalog includes the 2017 EP *Chapter 1*, followed by singles such as "Be the Light," "Letting Go," and "Hold On" in 2018, and "Neighbour" in 2019. Their debut single for Fair Trade Services, "Thankful," was released in 2021. In 2024, they released the single "John 1:1-3," featuring Charlie Hall.
