About Village Lights

Village Lights is a multicultural worship collective based in Nashville and Arizona, consisting of three independent worship leaders: Sarah Kroger, Ike Ndolo, and Ricky Vazquez. The group was formed from the artists' shared experience leading worship at youth conferences and a desire to create modern music for liturgical church spaces. Their music is characterized as contemporary folk rather than traditional rock-style worship. The collective is mentored and produced by Grammy-nominated worship leader Matt Maher. They view their work as a movement for unity, inclusivity, and reconciliation within the Church. Village Lights is signed to Running Club Records/Integrity Music. The group's debut full-length album, *Kingdom*, was released in 2021 and focuses on the theme of "Christ the King" and the liturgical church calendar. The album includes songs such as "Christ Our King," "King of Salvation," "Promised Land," "Here Is Our Hallelujah," and the bilingual track "'Ven Ante Su Trono / 'O Come To the Altar." Other songs in their catalog include "The Sweetest Sound" and "Unbroken Family."
