Pulpit CommentaryVerse 15. - All of them riding upon horses (see on ver. 4; and comp. Ezekiel 23:6; Ezekiel 26:7; Jeremiah 6:23; and Amos 2:15). The Scythians are said to have been able to eat, drink, and sleep in the saddle (Schroder).
