I Am They

I Am They is an American contemporary Christian music and worship band formed in 2008 in Carson City, Nevada. The group originated from a local worship ministry initially called "Solomon's Porch." The name "I Am They" was inspired by John 17, reflecting a collective identity of believers. The band has experienced several member transitions throughout their history. Their musical style is categorized as Christian pop, worship, and folk-pop. Their self-titled debut album was released in 2015, and they were nominated for New Artist of the Year at the 2015 Dove Awards. The band's third studio album, *Faithful God*, was released in 2020. Their catalog includes songs such as "Scars," "My Feet Are On The Rock," "The Well," "Found My Freedom," "Holding Onto Hope," and "Keep Coming Back To You." The band has toured nationally on major Christian music tours, including the "Rock & Worship Roadshow" and "Winter Jam."
