PlanetBoom

Planetboom is a contemporary worship music band and the youth ministry of Planetshakers Church, based in Melbourne, Australia. The group is composed of young musicians, songwriters, and vocalists who lead praise and worship for teenagers. Their music is described as contemporary Christian, incorporating genres such as electronic dance music and hip hop. The ministry’s mandate is to “empower generations to win generations.” The band began releasing music in 2016, with their debut single “Here Comes the Revival” appearing on a Planetshakers album. Their first full-length album, *Jesus Over Everything*, was released in 2019. The album features the title track “Jesus Over Everything” as well as songs like “Praise Over Problems” and “Run to You.” Planetboom followed with the album *JC Squad* in 2021. Their catalog also includes the singles “I’m Alive,” “Unshakable,” and “Got Me Like.” Through their music, Planetboom seeks to connect with a younger audience by blending worship with contemporary sounds.
