Vicki Yohe

Vicki Yohe is a gospel singer, songwriter, and worship leader. She was born on July 13, 1965, in Normal, Illinois, and raised in Rapid City, South Dakota. She sang her first solo at the age of five. Her family moved to Hammond, Louisiana, when she was 14. At age 19, Yohe accepted a position as a music director at a church near Baton Rouge. She recorded her self-titled independent debut album in 1992 and was signed by Giant Records in 1994. She has regularly performed on the Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) program *Praise the Lord*. Yohe later signed with CeCe Winans' Pure Springs Gospel label, releasing the album *I Just Want You* in 2003. Her catalog includes the albums *I'm At Peace* and *Reveal Your Glory: Live From The Cathedral*, as well as songs such as "So Many Reasons," "In The Waiting," and "Anoint Me Lord." She received a Dove Award nomination for the song "Because Of Who You Are."
