Avalon

Avalon is an American contemporary Christian vocal quartet formed in Nashville in 1995. The group was founded with the vision of having two male and two female vocalists to perform tight harmonies. Over the years, the quartet has become a fixture in Christian music, known for their polished sound and commitment to ministry. The group has achieved significant commercial and critical success. Avalon has earned multiple RIAA-certified gold records and has received three Grammy nominations along with six GMA Dove Awards. The group has also achieved 22 number-one songs and received one American Music Award. Their catalog includes well-known songs such as "We Are The Reason," "Can't Live A Day," "Adonai," "Everything To Me," and "Testify To Love." In 2018, Avalon signed with Red Street Records, a label launched by Jay DeMarcus. In 2022, the group announced a name change to Avalon Worship to reflect their focus on worship music. They released an album titled *Avalon Worship*, which includes songs like "Rattle" and "You Deserve It All." Current members of the group include Janna Long, Greg Long, and Jody McBrayer.
