JJ Heller

JJ Heller is an American Christian folk singer-songwriter whose music explores themes of faith and her personal journey with God. Born Jennifer Judy Kellner on October 19, 1980, she was raised in a Christian home in San Jose, California. She began her music career in the early 2000s, releasing her debut album Songs That I Know in 2004.

Heller frequently collaborates with her husband, Dave Heller, who serves as a guitarist, producer, and co-writer. Her music is characterized as gentle and introspective, focusing on faith, family, and everyday life. She has been a full-time musician for over 23 years, building a catalog of over 350 original and cover songs. In 2017, she began a strategy of releasing a new single on the first Friday of every month.

Heller is well-known for her orchestral lullaby series, I Dream of You, which includes multiple volumes such as CALM, SLEEP, and LOVE. Her catalog also includes the Christmas album Unto Us. Songs like "Your Hands" and "What Love Really Means" have charted on Billboard, with "Your Hands" peaking at No. 13 on the Christian Songs chart. Her music has garnered over 1 billion streams globally, and over 100,000 lullaby albums have been donated to children's hospitals and families.
