About Deborah Lukalu
Deborah Lukalu is a Congolese gospel singer and songwriter born in Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of the Congo, in 1996. She moved to South Africa with her family at the age of nine. Her musical career began at the age of 14, singing in the choir of the Jésus le roc church.
As a gospel music minister, Lukalu aims to inspire the church and the world through her songs. Her musical style blends contemporary gospel with African influences. Her recorded work includes the albums *Call Me Favour* (2019) and *Trust in the Storm* (2023), as well as the live album *Overflow*. She has also released singles such as *We Testify*, *Ma Consolation*, *God is Good*, *Faithful God*, and *Confondu*.
Lukalu is based in Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband, Cedric Kaseba, and their daughter.
