The Songwriter Initiative

The Songwriter Initiative (TSI) is an artist project based at the Center for Worship Leadership at Concordia University Irvine. The initiative exists to support songwriters throughout the church and empower them to create art that glorifies God. TSI functions as a resource and influence for the church-at-large. Releases from the initiative often feature various guest vocalists and songwriters. Their catalog includes songs such as "Without Hesitation" featuring Marlene Lamb, "Already a Song" featuring Sam Barnett, and "Here in the Water" featuring Emily Bartels, Adam Edward, and Ben Lange. Other releases include "Emmanuel (I Call It Kindness)" and "Your Will Be Done," both featuring Cara Berg, as well as "Gone" featuring Kip Fox, "Peace" featuring Kip Fox and Nikki Peters, and "Arise" featuring Nick Taylor.
