Worship Awake

Worship Awake is a Christian worship movement based in South Africa. The movement originated from "Worship South Africa," an initiative started by Christelle Combrink (Stella) during the COVID-19 lockdown. Worship Awake is a registered non-profit organization (NPO) that serves as a collaborative platform for creating original worship music. The movement hosts songwriting retreats and conducts regular live worship sessions. Their music is produced and released through collaborations with various South African worship leaders and musicians. Songs in their catalog include "Sing His Name," recorded with Stella and Janine Price, and "Break The Bread," recorded with James Pringle and Langa Mbonambi. Other releases include "My Worship Awakes (Holy)" featuring Stella, "This is who You are (Live)" featuring James Pringle, and "Behold the Joy (Live)" featuring Vonja du Preez.
