Hillsong Worship

Hillsong Worship is a praise and worship collective that formed in 1983 in Sydney, Australia. The group was formerly known as Hillsong Live until June 2014. The collective is associated with Hillsong Church, an international Pentecostal evangelical megachurch. Their music is characterized by a contemporary praise and worship style, often featuring anthemic structures for congregational singing. Notable members have included Darlene Zschech, Marty Sampson, Brooke Fraser (Ligertwood), Reuben Morgan, and Joel Houston. The group's music is used by churches globally and is produced for congregational use. They have released numerous live albums and have had multiple songs appear on Billboard magazine charts. Among their well-known songs are "Shout to the Lord," "Mighty to Save," "All Things Are Possible," "Tell the World," "My Redeemer Lives," "Hope of the Ages," "What a Beautiful Name" (2016), and "Who You Say I Am." Hillsong Worship won the 2018 Grammy Award for Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song for "What a Beautiful Name." The song also achieved platinum certification in the United States. The group was named Billboard's Top Christian Artist of 2017. Two albums, *For All You've Done* and *Open Heaven / River Wild*, reached number one on the Australian ARIA Albums Chart.
