Mercy Masika

Mercy Masika is a Kenyan gospel musician, songwriter, and composer who serves as a worship leader at Jubilee Christian Church (JCC). Born on April 26, 1983, she began her music ministry at a young age, recording her first gospel album when she was just 12 years old. Her music is described as being inspired by the word of God and the Holy Spirit. Masika is married to David Tim Muguro, who also manages her career. In 2019, she was appointed as a UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador, becoming the first Kenyan to receive this title. Her catalog of songs includes "Mwema," "Nikupendeze," "Shule Yako," "Umeniweza," "Muite Yesu," "Subiri," "Wakuaminika," and "Mtakatifu."
