Hannah Kerr

Hannah Kerr is an American contemporary Christian musician and songwriter. She was born Hannah Elizabeth Kerr on January 6, 1997, in Buffalo, New York. Kerr attended Belmont University, where she earned a degree in Christian Leadership, and has served as a worship leader at Brentwood Baptist Church in Brentwood, Tennessee. She is signed to Curb Records. Kerr debuted in 2016 with the album *Overflow*. Her catalog includes songs such as "Warrior," "Split The Sea," "Same God," "Ordinary," "Changed," "I Stand Here," "Your Love Defends Me," and "Jesus Is Why." She has toured with various Christian artists, including Casting Crowns, Big Daddy Weave, and for KING + COUNTRY. In 2018, Kerr won the award for Most Played Song at the ASCAP Christian Awards for "Your Love Defends Me." She also won Female Artist of the Year at the 13th Annual We Love Christian Music Awards in 2025. Kerr married songwriter and musician Jason Earley in 2020.
