Steven Musso is a worship leader/songwriter based out of Schenectady, NY. Since his teenage years, Steven has had a hunger to see revival. His heart has been stamped with the image from Revelation 7:9-10 of every tribe, nation, and tongue worshiping passionately, and his desire has been to release the sound of heaven through God’s people onto the earth. He believes in the power of worship to unite people across cultural, generational, and denominational borders, and to transform lives and communities through Jesus. As a songwriter, Steven’s music has been sung and recorded in concert halls and churches across the globe. From 2016-2019, Steven was a part of the People & Songs Community of Artists and has co-written songs such as “Psalm 23 (I Am Not Alone),” “Throne Room Song,” and “Amen.” He is also a writer on Charity’s Gayle’s latest single “Thank You Jesus For The Blood.” As a musician, Steven is primarily found on the keys. Steven’s playing incorporates a wide variety of styles and tonal colors, often blending contemporary worship and gospel. He has appeared on a number of albums including Charity Gayle’s “Lord You Are My Song” and single “Thank You Jesus For the Blood,” as well as The Emerging Sound volumes 3, 4, and 5. In 2016, Steven joined the staff of Redemption Church, a church plant in Schenectady, NY, where he leads a thriving team of emerging worship leaders and songwriters. Steven leads worship regularly at Redemption, as well as events, conferences, and nights of worship across the nation.
