KB builds "Away" around a single pleading refrain — take me away from here — that repeats until it feels less like escape and more like exhaustion with the struggle itself. The verses name that struggle plainly: stumbling through the night, darkness finding him again, the cycle of doing the very thing he doesn't want to do. There's a striking admission that the flesh keeps showing up like an encore, and a question that echoes Paul's cry for deliverance, answered immediately with "You will free us."
