Leh Get It

Steven Malcolm turns a boastful, high-energy rap hook into a statement of purpose on "Leh Get It," where the bragging is redirected toward faith rather than money. The opening bars lay out his intent plainly: he makes music people can feel, music about "that real," and he insists he does it "for the name not the peso." Sports and street imagery pile up fast — he calls himself the shooter on his crew, compares his grind to a single mother raising four kids with no partner, and jokes about a light-skinned Patrick Swayze. The chorus sharpens the message into a mission: he calls himself light of the truth, vows to keep it lit and "set the world on fire," and repeats the title phrase like a rallying call. A second verse keeps the competitive energy going with references to beast mode, cheat codes, and winning while others lose. Underneath the swagger, the through-line is confidence rooted in Christ and a refusal to chase status symbols — he name-checks having "three points" instead of a Mercedes. It's a song about unapologetic witness delivered in the language of hip-hop bravado.
