Song Meaning
Blanca's “Something Better” comes from a season of loss and slow recovery. The first verse says, “It's been a couple years, I've been on my own, now I know that I'm not alone.” The singer admits to losing people along the way, learning to trust, and being sure at times that she would not make it through, but “I was safe because of You.”
