"Help me understand one thing, He's just a kid but He's a King" voices a child's own question, letting the theological tension of the incarnation come from an unguarded, genuine place rather than an adult's rehearsed explanation. The chorus states its title as directly as possible — "this is the wonder, the wonder of Christmas, Heaven's love the holy One...
