The Anthem

Planetshakers build this one around resurrection imagery stated as plainly as possible — "death could not hold you down, you are the risen king." The claim echoes 1 Corinthians 15:55's taunt aimed at death itself, "where is your victory? Where is your sting?" — triumph declared rather than only hoped for.

"Name above all names" reaches for Philippians 2:9's description of the name God gave Jesus after his death and resurrection, one "above every name." The song's structure is almost entirely repetition — the same four lines returned to again and again — treating the resurrection less as a point to argue and more as a fact simple enough to just keep declaring.
