The verse naming God's character — "Your Name is Alpha, Omega, Ageless, Changeless, Almighty, Jehovah" — stacks together several distinct biblical claims rather than developing one. "Alpha, Omega... Almighty" comes from Revelation 1:8; "Changeless" reflects Malachi 3:6's "I the LORD do not change," one of the Old Testament's clearest statements of God's unchanging nature; and "Jehovah" uses the transliterated form of God's covenant name from Exodus 3:14. The Yoruba exclamation "Ei Baba" ("oh Father") woven through the bridge reflects the song's Nigerian origin. Structurally the song is almost entirely posture rather than narrative — "I bow before Your throne," "worship at Your feet" — naming who God is without describing anything He's done for the singer specifically.
