Nothing To Fear

Audrey Assad and The Porter's Gate set this one almost entirely in God's own first-person voice, quoting Isaiah 43:2 directly: "when you pass through the waters I will be with you, and the depths of the river shall not overwhelm; when you walk through the fire you will not be burned." The prophecy, originally spoken to exiled Israel, is sung here without alteration, the promise transferred intact rather than reworded.

"What can separate you from My perfect Love?" reaches for Romans 8:38's list — neither death, nor life, nor anything else "will be able to separate us from the love of God." "In the depths of your sorrow I wept beside you" adds an image scripture doesn't spell out as explicitly — grief shared rather than only observed — extending the biblical promise into a more intimate register without contradicting it.
