Nina sababu ya ku-kuabudu

Sarah K's "Nina Sababu Ya Kukuabudu" — "I have a reason to worship you" — answers its own title in the second verse: "uliniumba nikukusifu," you made me to praise you, "kwa mfano wako uliniumba," you made me in your likeness. That's a direct echo of the creation account, where being made in God's image isn't just a fact about human origin but the reason worship makes sense in the first place — the relationship was built into the design, not added later. Everything before and after that line is refrain: greatness, faithfulness, hallelujah, repeated until the reason stated once in the middle has had time to settle. There's no plot to the song, no movement from doubt to resolution; it's structured the way a lot of Swahili congregational worship is, built for a group to enter and repeat together rather than for a single voice to narrate an experience.
